Exact Domain Finder helps you discover available domain names that match keywords with verified search volume. We provide keyword suggestions, domain availability checks, and related SEO metrics. The Service is provided as a tool for research purposes only.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the search tool. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.

4. Credits and Payments

  • New accounts receive a limited number of free search credits
  • Additional credits can be purchased through the Service
  • Each search consumes one credit, regardless of the number of results returned
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing users

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained from the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or authentication
  • Reverse-engineer the Service or its algorithms
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on the rights of others
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Search volume, competition scores, CPC estimates, and domain availability data are sourced from third-party providers and may not be 100% accurate or current. Domain availability shown in our tool is indicative only and must be verified with a domain registrar before purchase. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data provided by the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. The keyword and domain data returned by searches is sourced from third parties and subject to their respective terms. You may use search results for your own personal or business purposes but may not redistribute the data commercially.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
  • Actions of third-party service providers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon account deletion, unused credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid users.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
